Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and check out securely using a credit/debit card or PayPal. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right after checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then shipped. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within the US; international orders take 10–20 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email support@cell-crazy.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or full refund.

Are your toys safety-tested?
Yes — every toy and doll we sell is tested to meet recognized safety standards (such as ASTM F963 and EN71) for materials and choking hazards.

What age range are your toys designed for?
Our range covers newborns through toddlers (roughly 0–4 years). Each product page lists a specific recommended age — please check it before buying, especially for items with small parts.

How do I clean or care for a toy/doll?
Care instructions vary by product and are listed on the item’s product page. Many of our plush toys and dolls are machine washable — check the tag or listing before washing.
