Thanks for shopping with Cell-Crazy! Here’s what to expect once you place an order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin from the shipping date, not the order date, and are provided by our carriers — actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, carrier delays).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

International Orders

We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country — these are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@cell-crazy.co.uk as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@cell-crazy.co.uk within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it further and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can send a replacement.
