At Cell-Crazy, we want you and your little one to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with tags/labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened teething toys or items that touch a child’s mouth, unless defective
  • Items marked “final sale” at time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cell-crazy.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@cell-crazy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and an address to ship the item back to
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider — processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have concerns, contact us at support@cell-crazy.co.uk.
